beautiful creature

Since I was a child, I have always loved horses. This may sound silly to anyone who knows me because I've never owned horses. My only memories of them were the occasional venture of horseback riding in Ruiodoso, New Mexico. Although I spent little time with them, I relished every minute of being with them.

This man reminds me why I love these creatures so much.

oh apple...

How I love Apple's creative ways to sell you moooore stuff.
Allow me to introduce......
"The iPad Bookend."

haaaahahahahahahahaa. Sorry, I tried my hardest to refrain from bursting out in laughter. But seriously..... really Apple?

yes. it has been a long time.. but i can explain...

Let me just start off by saying it's the end of April..
WHAT?
Yeah.
Where did February, and March go? They failed to say hello as they flew by me.

Alright,  onto my much awaited post... (is anyone out there reading this?) hello! if you are.. While I was lost in the world of Google, I stumbled upon these fantastic images of an old church in the Netherlands that was remolded and transformed into modern apartment. The minimalist color palette allows the beautiful stained glass windows to play a major focal point of the space. I would looove to call this my home.
before.....
after....

so cool. so very, very cool.

throwback

Way back when, in 2004, I went to New York with my parents. While standing outside waiting in an obscenely long line at a restaurant in SoHo, a woman approached my mom and I. With a notepad in hand and a digital Nikon strapped around her neck, the NY Times journalist introduced herself and asked us if we she could interview us. A handful of questions later, I later realized that I could potentially be featured in the NY Times! In fact, I was! Here is a copy of the actual article (yes, my dad highlighted the portion of the article where my mom and I were quoted haha) I thought it would be a cool thing to share.. My apologies for the tiny print and mediocre scan, just squint!

See it here too!
